Option Systems is a membership-based web site providing financial information for short term traders on selected financial products (securities/derivatives/currencies) that, in the opinion of Option Systems, have investment potential. Option Systems and its staff may have positions in some of the stocks, derivatives, currencies, commodities, and futures mentioned on this web site. Option Systems or its staff do not advise investors to buy or sell investment products such as stocks, derivatives, options, currency, futures, and commodities, instead it recommends and alerts investors to investment products whose price we believe may rise or fall in the near future. While it is Option Systems . and its staff's goal to locate and research equity investments in companies that have the potential for appreciation or devaluation. Investing in any financial products can be highly risky and use of the information provided by Option Systems and its staff is at the investor's sole risk. Cancellation:
You may cancel your recurring subscription at anytime. To cancel your subscription, please log into the members’ area and click on the cancel link. A pop up will ask you if you are sure (Make sure your pop up blocker is off), press OK and a new window will open with the message" Subscription has been canceled" and your subscription will not auto renew. You may use the service by accessing the members’ area until the end of the paid period. You will also receive our email notifications till the end of the paid period.

Refund Policy:
There is no refund for after the 7 day free trial is over.

Termination:
Option Systems reserves the right to expel Users and prevent further access to the Option Systems site or cancel membership in Option Systems without refund, for violating this Agreement or the law, and to remove Users that are illegal, abusive or disruptive. This Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use.

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects under the laws of the Province of Ontario applicable to contracts made, accepted and performed wholly in Ontario, without application to principles of conflict of laws, and the Customer and the Company agree that the sole venue and jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be the appropriate federal or provincial court located in the province of Ontario.
Additionally, we will not sell, distribute or use email addresses from our subscribers.

Terms and Conditions:
Reproduction, duplication, or redistribution of this material in any form without prior written consent from Option Systems is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for the use of your password. Membership with Option Systems will continue until it is either discontinued by Option Systems ., or an e-mail stating a request for cancellation is received. Unused time for the month in which you requested cancellation will not be refunded. You agree that excessive simultaneous account logins from different IP addresses will result in the termination of service. You agree not to give your account information to anyone. You agree that by yourself, or in conjunction with others not to compete with Option Systems, or have any interest in such business enterprise which shall be engaged in competition, as proprietor, partner, employee, shareholder, principal, agent, consultant, director, officer, or in any capacity or manner whatsoever, anywhere.

The member agrees to accept such risks, which may include, but not limited to, failure of hardware, software or communication lines or systems and/or inaccurate external data feeds provided by third-party vendors. Hypothetical Results Disclosure
HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW.
